What are the main features of Arrival App?

Arrival App has two modes, Live Mode and Preview Mode.

Live Mode displays your Welcome Screen to the public. The Welcome Screen is where your visitors check in.

In the upper left hand corner of the screen there is a green dot. In the upper right hand corner is the Arrival App logo which is a picture of an open door, and the words "Powered by Arrival App".

Preview Mode is where you configure your Arrival App settings. Only the admin user and authorized team members have access to Preview Mode. Learn more about Preview Mode.

The admin user sets up the Arrival App subscription. By default, only the admin user has access to Preview Mode. The admin user can give other team members access to Preview Mode.

A team member is a user that the admin user has invited to Arrival App. Learn more about Invites, and setting up your Team.

Your monthly allowance is the number of monthly text messages in your subscription. Every time a visitor checks in by clicking on a name on the Welcome Screen, a text message is sent to a team member, and one text is deducted from your monthly allowance. You can view your text balance on the Payment & Subscriptions page.
