How we arrived
Founder Amy Berlin was frustrated. Her psychiatry practice was thriving, but it seemed half her day was spent trekking to the lobby to see if clients had arrived. Call light systems were too expensive, and sign-in software had too many bells and whistles. Amy wanted an app that was simple, private and affordable – and apparently didn’t exist. So she decided to build it herself.
One day while carpooling into San Francisco, she met a coder who offered to build a prototype she could test in her shared waiting room. It was an instant success with colleagues and clients, and Arrival App was born.
Today Arrival App helps therapists, attorneys, acupuncturists, accountants and many more businesses welcome their visitors efficiently and securely.
