How does the free trial work?

Your free trial lasts for 14 days.

After 14 days, your paid subscription automatically begins, and the credit card you have on file will be charged.

You can cancel your subscription, or change your subscription level, at any time.

What happens if I cancel my free trial?

If you cancel your subscription during your free trial, your subscription will be cancelled on the last day of the 14-day free trial. This means that, once your free trial ends, visitors will no longer be able to check in with Arrival App, your account will be deleted, and you will not be billed. If you change your mind, you will be able to login to Arrival App until the last day of your free trial to reactivate your subscription.

To reactivate your subscription

• log into Preview Mode
• select Payments & Subscriptions
• click Reactivate
